![]() StaffCarolyn Arnett is a private practice attorney whose practice is limited to adoptions. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1967 and her jurist doctor from the University of Louisville in 1984. She has always concentrated her practice in the field of domestic relations, but since 1992, has limited her practice solely to adoption, primarily representing birth parents. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, where she has held several offices. Ms. Arnett has actively participated in legislative reform regarding adoption laws in the last twelve years. Ms. Arnett limits her legal representation to Adoption Bridges, preparing legal documents for agency use, and meeting with birth parents and adoptive parents. Julie Barkley is the agency's International Director. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bellarmine University and her Master's of Social Work from Spaulding University. She brings over twelve years of mental health experiene. Julie also comes to the agency with experience in international adoption. She believes adoption found her and has a strong dedication to her work. Tonya Bordy is the agency's Domestic Director. She is a graduate from Mississippi State University and Kent School of Social Work. She brings years of experience in mental health and a passion for working in the field of adoption. Along with her professional skills Tonya's childhood and choice of professions was influenced by adoption.
