The Adoption Coordinator

The agency will provide the birth parent(s) with an adoption coordinator who can assist the birth parent(s) in choosing and meeting adoptive parent(s), making hospital preparations, preparing for court appearances, and continuing with life after conclusion of the adoption process. The coordinator will schedule a meeting at a convenient time and place to ensure the birth parent(s) needs and concerns are addressed as well as making sure the birth parent(s) is satisfied with decisions made as the process moves forward.
