 Mike and Rhonda
Dear Birthparent: Words cannot describe what an awesome gift you would be allowing us to receive if we are chosen as parents for your baby. Your strength and courage are remarkable! You will be giving us something precious that we could not do alone - have a family. Without you - our dreams would not come true. We are Mike and Rhonda. We have been married for two years, but have known each other since 2001. We met at a charity event through mutual friends. We knew that right away we wanted to start a family. We tried fertility medications for a year and it didn't work. Last winter, Rhonda had a miscarriage. Deciding to adopt has always been a consideration for us. Rhonda's friend adopted from Russia, and Mike has a cousin who adopted from China, and another cousin awaiting a baby from China as well. Mike is an Assistant Principal and Rhonda works in a CPA office doing data entry and bookkeeping. Rhonda's work schedule is very flexible and has an option to work from home 4 days a week. Her parents plan to help with our childcare.
We promise to care for and protect that part of your heart you entrusted with us for the rest of our lives. We will forever hold you in our hearts.

Through the school where Mike works, there is a professional childcare program - that is an option that may be looked at in the future for child care as well..jpg)
We are huge sports fans who love golf, softball, and traveling. We frequently have family get-togethers to cookout or go bowling. We like the outdoors and consider ourselves to be quite energetic! We are both Catholic and very active in our church (Mike's brother is even a priest!). Your child will have plenty of playmates – we have plenty of nieces and nephews in our family! .jpg)
We have a nice, roomy home and we are building a large deck on the back. The yard is HUGE with multiple hills and levels. Kids love to ride their sleds when it snows! Deer even stop by for a visit! We are less than a minute away from schools, church, hospitals and two big parks. .jpg)
