The adoptive parent(s) will attend a domestic adoption orientation and training, which provides information on private adoption including, but not limited to the following:

  • How to be Successful in Your Adoption
  • How to qualify as Foster Parents
  • Review of Adoption Law
  • Review of Adoption Risks
  • Review of Adoption Costs
  • Child and Infant CPR Certification

  • Helpful Hints for How to Work with the Birth Mother and Adoption Coordinator
