1. What are the eligibility requirements?
The United States Department of State website posted the following requirements:        

          ►One parent must be more than 25 years of age and less than 65 years of age.
          ►Parents must be married
          ►Parents must be of sound mind, as defined by the Kenyan Mental Health Act
          ►Parents must be heterosexual

2. What are the ages of children available to adopt?
A child can be placed for adoption as young as two months of age.

3. What is the time frame to complete an adoption?
Average time frame is one year.  When adopting from Kenya there is a long stay in the country, up to one year.
